I started the program to get ready for Geoff Thompson's Black Belt grading and I knew later on in the year I would also be grading for my 4th Dan. I had a good level of fitness but thought the program would give me an edge especially with the nutrition which I knew needed work! (as we all do if we are honest). The program didn't disappoint, yes it's hard to adjust in the first week and it's a shock to the body physically & mentally but you quickly get into a routine, and you feel the changes very quickly.
